General

◆ I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any commission.◆ I have both dogs and cats, and use beeswax as a thread conditioner. Some pet dander/hair and beeswax will inevitably be present on commissioned items. If you are allergic to either pets or beeswax please seek out a different artist.◆ You must be 18+ to commission or buy from me. If you are a minor, the commissioning process must be done by your legal guardian.◆ Hate speech, harassment, sexism or general rude behavior will result in an instant block and permanent blacklist with no refund.◆ Failure to respond to a message from me for more than 14 days will be considered as abandonment of your commission.◆ I have the right to post photos, videos, WIPs, etc. of commissioned items for the purpose of showcasing and advertising. If you wish to keep your commission private it must be brought up during the planning process.

Payment, Shipping & Refunds

◆ I only accept payment through PayPal◆ If not paying in full, a minimum 50% down payment is needed before I start your commission, and the remaining 50%+shipping must be paid before I ship the commission. I do not accept payment plans.◆ It is the responsibility of the commissioner to pay for shipping on all commissioned items.◆ Shipping is restricted to the United States. This restriction will be lifted once tariffs are removed or significantly lessened◆ If I have not yet started your commission and you would like to cancel, you may request a refund of the initial 50% payment.◆ A maximum of 3 major design edits are allowed. Past 3 a $5 charge per design change will be applied to the commission.◆ Do not send any money until I have accepted your commission and sent you an invoice or payment link.◆ I am not responsible for packages/items being damaged or lost in the shipping process.

AI Policy

◆ I will not work with AI generated reference sheets or characters.◆ Photography and videos of commissions can not be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, AI model training, or generating/modifying art/images/etc.◆ If a commissioner is found to be doing what is listed above to their commission, they will be blacklisted from all future commissions and any current commissions will be cancelled with no refund.

About Me!

Hello! My name is Emma but online I usually go by either Havoc or Zashi. I'm a multi-media furry artist and cosplayer from Indiana! Eventually I'd like to get into the fursuit making game but for now I'm sticking with keychains. I want to test the waters and become familiar with the commissioning process first. I might start offering tail commissions in the future if all goes well!My current goals are to save up enough money to move out, get a job in the practical effects industry, and make a name for myself in the creative world. Jurassic Park and Alien are my biggest inspirations, and I hope to one day achieve that level of costume making and animatronic work.When I'm not embroidering I'm usually still doing something creative in my down time. Whether it's sculpting with monster clay or working digitally, I'm always trying improve my art in any way I can. Outside of art, I love playing games like Minecraft, Stardew Valley, and Deltarune!

"How long have you been making keychains?"
I took an interest in embroidery around 2021. I decided to move from doing it as a hobby to offer commission work in the form of keychains in early 2026. Everybody's gotta start somewhere!"When will you open for commissions? / How do I check if you’re open for commissions?"
I will post on all of my social pages whenever I open my queue. I usually open it when I’m done with my current queue!"How does commissioning you work?"
Once you confirm your keychain design you will be added to my Trello Queue. I only actively work on one keychain at a time, not counting personal projects. I will only start work on a project once I receive at least 50% payment. I will contact you via your preferred method once your spot is reached and confirm all details with custom reference sketch(es) of the project to be approved before I start. I will send many updates and photos while making your commission via your preferred line of communication. I do not ship commissions out until the full payment is received.
